David Robinson

David Robinson

David has practiced injury law in Bellingham since 1979. His clients now include children and grandchildren of those he represented earlier. He is a graduate of the University of Washington Law School (1970) where he received Academic Honors including selection to the Law Review, and to the Order of the Coif. From 1973-79 he served as an Assistant Attorney General, representing the Department of Labor & Industries. David lives in Bellingham with his wife and two kitties. They have two daughters and two grandchildren.

 

 

Dennis Kole
Dennis Kole

Dennis has a special interest in medicine, and has over twenty-five years of experience in working with cases that involve medical issues ranging from orthopedics to psychiatry.  He is a graduate of the University of Washington Law School, and formerly served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, before becoming an Assistant Attorney General, thereafter representing the Department of Labor and Industries, Western Washington University, Bellingham Technical College, and the Department of Social and Health Services.  When not at work, Dennis enjoys watersports, anything involving a ball and/or stick, and playing the guitar.  Dennis lives in Bellingham with his son, Ian, and a large collection of musical instruments.

 

Nathan Dwyer

Nathan has been in private practice with Robinson & Kole since 2003. He is a Cum Laude graduate of the Pepperdine University School of Law where he served as an Editor of the Law Review, obtained a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and spent a semester studying abroad in London. Nathan enjoys playing and watching a wide variety of sports. He is a high school football referee and serves on the Board of Directors of the Western Washington University Alumni Association. Nathan and his wife reside in Bellingham.

 

Matt Daheim
Matt Daheim

Prior to joining Robinson and Kole Matt spent nine years serving as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Departments of Labor and Industries, Social and Health Services, and Licensing throughout Central and Western Washington. His last two years were spent in the Torts Division defending lawsuits filed against state agencies and officers related to personal injuries, employment issues, maritime law, and construction disputes. He has served as a member of the Washington Bar Association’s Civil Rules Committee and Professionalism Committee and is the current Co-Chair of the Whatcom Bar Association’s “Law Day in Schools” Committee. Matt is a Cum Laude graduate of the Seattle University School of Law and currently resides with his family in Bellingham. When not at work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, as well as running, golfing, skiing, hiking, camping, and fishing.
