The people in the office are personable and efficient. They really seem to care for clients. Mr. Robinson is intelligent and I'm glad I made the decision to go with him. I'm kind of colorful and enjoy people and he comes across quiet and super calm. But it works. He is very thorough and it really does trickle down to the workers in his office. They represent well.
